Data we process
To handle enquiries, we process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. We also process technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation of the website.
Purpose
Data is used to answer your commercial enquiry, prepare quotations, manage orders and maintain the business relationship. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the enquiry and on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where a business relationship exists, for the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial and tax records.
Recipients
For enquiries and orders, we do not transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law or where strictly necessary to provide the requested service, for example transport companies for order delivery and our web hosting provider.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@kefigroup.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and optional analytics
The site uses a server session cookie and necessary storage to operate and remember your preferences. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you select “Accept analytics”. You can reject it without affecting contact forms or access to the site. You can change your choice or withdraw permission using the “Cookie settings” button on every public page.
With your consent, we measure visits and enquiries accepted for sending by our server. Analytics receives a pseudonymous browser identifier, the visited page without query parameters, the referring site without its path or search query, browser/device information and the type of form. We do not send Analytics your name, email, phone number, enquiry text or enquiry reference. Google necessarily receives technical connection information. An accepted-enquiry event does not, by itself, prove final delivery to the recipient’s inbox.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Processing outside the European Economic Area may take place under Google’s contractual transfer safeguards. See Google’s data processing and transfer terms and privacy policy. The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_Q8YF3VDXFY are configured to last up to 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Your choice is saved in browser local storage for 180 days. User- and event-level retention in Analytics is configured to 2 months; this setting does not apply in the same way to aggregated reports. Google Signals and advertising personalization features are disabled. This installation is not used for advertising or for sending enquiry details to Google.
